About Us
Who We Are
At Plays Bigger, we believe in the power of God and his ability to help us accomplish more than we could on our own. We believe each one of us were created with unique talents and that our calling and our greatness lies within these unique gifts that God has blessed us with. It is each of our duties to clear our minds and listen to our soul to identify our gifts. We must then embrace and use those gifts to share them with the world and demonstrate God’s amazing work in each and everyone of us.
We also know this is not always easy. The world is full of naysayers, doubters and people that will try to tear you down. Then there are even those that will try to rationalize mediocrity and attempt to convince you that dreaming is for fools. Life is not without its setbacks and obstacles of course, but these do not define your destiny. You were meant for greatness, so stay relentlessly focused on God’s plan for you.
Given all of this, we have a strong affinity for those that society wants to define as underdogs or whom it is quick to discredit. Yet, through God, we are reminded that the ones that embrace their gifts, their passion and grit and through their faith relentlessly push forward are the ones that make a difference and achieve what others thought was impossible. So, whether you are told “you’re too short”, “you’re too slow”, “you’re not big enough”, “you’re not experienced enough” or "you can't do it", we're here to say "Ignore them and focus on God and what he made you for"! Through the power instilled in you by God, you can become someone that “Plays Bigger” than others think possible. Remember: Nobody thought David had had a chance against the big mighty Goliath either.
Our Logo
The Plays Bigger logo symbolizes what we believe in. It consists of an outer circle with a cross stamped through it. Inside lies a triangle with an inner arrow pointing upwards. The triangle represents the Trinity (Father, Son and Holy Spirit) along with the three aspects of our existence (Body, Mind and Soul). The inner arrow represents upward trajectory, increase and a constant focus on God above. Together, they symbolize how through God’s power, we can accomplish infinitely more than even we think possible.
Our Products
Accomplishing more requires us to push ourselves. So, we make stuff that helps you do just that. We provide digital products that provide information to help you improve your nutrition and training. We also provide apparel designed to support physical training at the highest level, moving with your body and keeping you comfortable.
We also believe in the importance and interconnection between the Body, Mind and Soul and this is represented in our products. When training your body to be at it’s best, your mind must be laser focused on your priorities and what’s important. In order to keep your mind focused, it must be led by your soul. So, all of our products keep God front and center. This approach not only aids in supporting a complete connection while training, but also shares our approach and God’s message with others.
